Just last week the official announcement came through that Bill & Ted 3, or Bill & Ted Face The Music as it is currently being referred to, is officially set to shoot later this year for a summer 2020 release. Well, now news reaches us via the film’s official Twitter account that one of the other cast members from the previous movies are joining Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter in the highly anticipated sequel. William Sadler.
Here is that news confirmation.

Sadler played the character of the Grim Reaper in Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey which was released two years after the original in 1991.
Here’s the synopsis for the third movie as released last week, followed by the trailer for ‘Bogus Journey’.
“Following 1989’s Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure and 1991’s Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey, the stakes are higher than ever for William “Bill” S. Preston Esq. (Winter) and Theodore “Ted” Logan (Reeves). Yet to fulfill their rock and roll destiny, the now middle-aged best friends set out on a new adventure, when a visitor from the future warns them that only their song can save life as we know it and bring harmony to the universe. Along the way, they will be helped by their families, old friends and a few music legends.”
More as it comes in.
