2 Motion Posters For ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2’

It’s all getting a bit super-hero bonkers around the world of film as the summer months approach. Marvel have both CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER and GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY on the way, while another Marvel character, THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN, is still in the hands of Sony and has a sequel set for May. Two new motion posters have been released, with a long cut and shorter variation, and the footage looks phenomenal. It may be a simple sequence of Spider-Man swinging around, but you can see the tiniest little details on the suit, making it all the more realistic.

THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2 has me excited despite the first film being a lackluster rehash of the origin story. It seems as though Marc Webb and company have gone all out, but there are concerns that the plot is overloaded with villains. The trailers have already confirmed Electro, Green Goblin, and Rhino as being present, with talk of more on the way. Let’s hope we get a big but brilliant addition to the the franchise.

THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2 hits UK cinemas on 18th April and US cinemas on 2nd May, starring Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Paul Giamatti, Jamie Foxx, Dane DeHaan, Chris Cooper and Sally Field.
