Remember watching the Academy Awards the other night and seeing some alternative title cards for this year’s Best Picture nominees? Well, they were produced just for the ceremony by a company named Mill+, who also did the ‘In Memoriam’ sequence that ended with a very relevant image of the late Phillip Seymour Hoffman. RIP.
Obviously 12 YEARS A SLAVE deservedly nabbed the gong for Best Picture, but take a look at the rest of these stunning title cards. Better than some of the official promos, no?
