TIFF: First Trailer For ‘Beneath The Harvest Sky’ Emerges

BENEATH THE HARVEST SKY received its world premiere at the Toronto Film Festival last night and now we can bring you the official trailer.  The coming-of-age drama focuses on a small farming town in Maine where two best friends face the challenges of growing up and growing apart against the back drop of drugs, girls and danger.  It stars Emory Cohen (Smash, THE PLACE BEYOND THE PINES) and Callan McAuliffe (I AM NUMBER FOUR, THE GREAT GATSBY) as the loyal pair and trailer packs a punch as we see them facing some adult decisions that will undoubtedly change their lives forever.

Its rights have yet to be picked up for release but the film’s multi-talented writers, producers and directors Aron Gaudet and Gita Pullapilly have been proving popular at the festival so a distribution deal could be on the cards. Aidan Gillen, W. Earl Brown, Joe Cobden and David Denman also star in the film; check out the trailer below:
