IMAX and Disney have used footage from the upcoming Tim Burton animated feature FRANKENWEENIE to create a policy trailer to run in front of their films. Of course it reminds us to not text or use our phones, to be considerate of others, and to not raise pets from the dead. I think it’s great to find fun ways of reminding the audience about these rules, as they do always seem to need reminding. As for FRANKENWEENIE itself, it looks like a return to form for Tim Burton, and I would hope so to as it is a remake of his 1984 short of the same name.
FRANKENWEENIE is directed by Tim Burton and stars Charlie Tahan, Winona Ryder, Christopher Lee, Martin Short, Martin Landau, and Catherine O’Hara. It will be released on 17th October 2012.

Luke likes many things, films and penguins being among them. He's loved films since the age of 9, when STARGATE and BATMAN FOREVER changed the landscape of modern cinema as we know it. His love of film extends to all aspects of his life, with trips abroad being planned around film locations and only buying products featured in Will Smith movies. His favourite films include SEVEN SAMURAI, PASSION OF JOAN OF ARC, IN BRUGES, LONE STAR, GODZILLA, and a thousand others.
