Ferrell Joins The Internship

Comedy heavyweight Will Ferrell has made a career from applying his particular formula to different professions: news reader, figure skater, racing driver, politician, and so on (fine by us – it’s damn funny). This time however, it’s Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson who will be changing profession in THE INTERNSHIP, in which they’ll play salesman who take junior positions in a high-flying tech organisation.

However, Will Ferrell has joined the production, and is set to play Wilson’s brother-in-law, a sexist electronics salesman. Sounds a whole lot like WEDDING CRASHERS, which also starred Vaughn and Wilson, with a cameo from Ferrell.

THE INTERNSHIP is directed by Shawn Levy and co-stars Max Minghella, Rose Byrne and John Goodman. It arrives in cinemas 2013.
