With just over a month until its release date, the team behind Marc Webb’s THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN are slowly giving us more and more information about the film. Today, we have 3 new stills from the set to whet your appetite.
If you don’t know by now, THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN stars Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, who battles new love (with Emma Stone aka Gwen Stacy), secrets, lies and a strange suitcase which may help him discover why his parents abandoned him as a child. The contents of the suitcase actually lead Parker to the door of his father’s old work partner, Dr Curt Connors/The Lizard (Rhys Ifans), dropping Spider-Man in a heap of trouble.
These new images give us a creepy look at The Lizard, but also a peak at Connors and Gwen Stacy. Emma Stone, who plays the pretty blonde, is reported to be awarded the MTV Trailblazer Award at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards on 3rd June. Congratulations to Miss Stone!
THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN, directed by Marc Webb, is set for release from 3rd July, 2012.

Considering Jazmine grew up watching CARRY ON SCREAMING, THE LION KING and JURASSIC PARK on repeat for weeks on end, it made sense for her to study film at London South Bank University. It’s also a good thing that her course requires a lot of sitting down because she’s very accident-prone. When she’s not examining her bruises, she likes pretending that she doesn’t live in Southend-On-Sea and spends hours mindlessly blogging. Favourite films include BLUE VALENTINE, ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND and TOY STORY 2.
