Logan Lerman doesn’t believe his career is similar to Daniel Radcliffe’s.
The 17-year-old ‘Percy Jackson and The Olympians: The Lightening Thief’ star, admitted that he does get compared to the ‘Harry Potter’ actor, but claimed their films are different.
He said: “I’m being compared to Daniel Radcliffe a lot these days. Honestly, my character doesn’t have much in common with Harry Potter, except that he’s an unlikely hero who’s been thrown into a huge situation.”
The film is an adaptation of a novel by Rick Riordan, in which the film’s main character Percy discovers his father is a Greek god.
Logan has previously starred in ‘The Patriot’, ‘What Women Want’ and ‘The Butterfly Effect’, but his latest role sees him taking the lead.
Despite being unsure of Daniel Radcliffe comparisons, he is not so nervous about similar suggestions regarding Robert Pattinson and the ‘Twilight’ films.
He told Teen Vogue: “I don’t know if the movie will reach ‘Twilight’ levels of obsession, but if it does, I’m ready for it!”
