Coming to both DVD and Blu-ray in the UK from 20th June is the thrilling horror The Forest, starring Natalie Dormer, and to celebrate its release, we have a brand new behind the scenes featurette to share.
The film set in the legendary Aokigahara Forest, a real-life place at the base of Mount Fuji in Japan where people go to end their lives. A young American woman Sara (Natalie Dormer) comes to the forest in search of her sister who has gone missing. In spite of everyone’s warnings not to stray from the path she enters the forest in search of her sister, only to be soon confronted by the tortured souls of the dead who prey on those they encounter.
Our exclusive featurette features a look at the mysterious forest featured in the film, along with interviews with the film’s director Jason Zada, and producers David S. Goyer and Tory Metzger.
We recently caught up with Natalie Dormer to talk about her new film, and you can watch that interview over here. Check out our exclusive featurette below.
The Forest is released on UK DVD, Blu-ray and Digital HD from June 20th, 2016.
