Here’s a new clip and featurette from the new Jason Statham-led actioner The Beekeeper. This one hits cinemas next week, January 12th with Sky Cinema bagging UK distribution. Amazon MGM Studios are releasing the film stateside from which these new assets originate. Check out The Beekeeper clip and featurette below.
The Beekeeper is directed by David Ayer, the filmmaker behind the likes of Fury and Suicide Squad. Big fan of his so I’m keen to see what he’s done with this. Kurt Wimmer wrote the script while Emmy Raver-Lampman, Josh Hutcherson, Bobby Naderi, Minnie Driver, with Phylicia Rashad and Jeremy Irons are also among the cast.

In The Beekeeper, one man’s brutal campaign for vengeance takes on national stakes after he is revealed to be a former operative of a powerful and clandestine organization known as “Beekeepers.”
The Beekeeper clip shows off Statham doing what he does best; kicking ass, including taking out some guy with a desktop phone. The featurette, meanwhile, is a slightly longer look at the film with Ayer and Statham talking about the new film.
