The new trailer for perhaps one of the highlights of the spring has just landed online.
Wilson is based on the graphic novel of the same name by Daniel Clowes and sees Woody Harrelson star as the title character, a lonely, neurotic and hilariously honest middle-aged misanthrope who reunites with his estranged wife (Laura Dern) and gets a shot at happiness when he learns he has a teenage daughter (Isabella Amara) he has never met. In his uniquely outrageous and slightly twisted way, he sets out to connect with her.
We’re hoping this gets some visibility on the festival circuit come the new year as it looks like absolute gold. Here’s the new red band trailer courtesy of Fox Searchlight.
