David Koepp, a long time collaborator with Steven Spielberg, will re-team with the legendary director for the planned Indiana Jones 5 film, which will release in cinemas in 2019. Koepp wrote the last film in the series, the very poorly received Indiana Jones and The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull, but he has also been behind some of Spielberg’s biggest hits, including Jurassic Park and War Of The Worlds.
We’re not expecting for production to start on Indy 5 for at least another year, or maybe even two, but it has been confirmed that both Spielberg and Harrison Ford will return to the beloved franchise for one last adventure.
Indy 5 will be in cinemas in the summer of 2018. More news as we get it.
