We all love a video montage here at THN, and here’s one which captures the first 120 years of cinema from its roots in 1895 to present day 2015. There’s a bit of everything in here, from the Lumiere brothers to Christopher Nolan, via AVATAR, THE WIZARD OF OZ and even BASIC INSTINCT (where it even managed to fit in ‘that’ shot); and it plays fantastically.
Joris Faucon Grimaud is the man behind the montage, which has racked up a massive 100,000 views on YouTube in just a couple of days.
Have a watch.
