We’ve already had sneaky peek at the style of THE MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E. big-screen reboot in the still we covered last year, and now we get to see two of the main stars on their scooters, being seemingly quirky. Directed by Guy Ritchie, we’re sure to get some snappy edits and quick comedy from the pair if his SHERLOCK is anything to go by but beyond that…I just don’t know what to expect.
Set at the height of the Cold War, CIA agent Napoleon Solo (Henry Cavil) and KGB agent Illya Kuryakin (Armie Hammer) must put aside longstanding hostilities to team up on a joint mission to stop a mysterious international criminal organization, which is bent on destabilizing the fragile balance of power through the proliferation of nuclear weapons and technology.
The film also stars Alicia Vikander, Hugh Grant, Jared Harris, Elizabeth Debicki and David Beckham (originally rumoured)…Here’s your peek:
THE MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E. opens on 14th August.
