20th Century Fox, the studio that boasts a $5.5 billion in total box-office takings in 2014, has finally scheduled a release date for the planned Channing Tatum GAMBIT movie. The X-MEN spin-off will hit US cinemas on October 7th, 2016, according to reports.
In related news, they have scheduled the follow up to DAWN OF THE PLANET OF THE APES for the summer of the following year (July 14th, 2017), while the sequel to the upcoming THE FANTASTIC FOUR will street on June 2nd, 2017. The studio also announced that its adaptation of the popular video game ASSASSIN’S CREED will finally arrive in cinemas on December 21st, 2016.
