Fans of Heroes might be happy to know that there will be a very familiar face will be returning when NBC’s new mini-series Heroes Reborn comes to our small screens.
Jack Coleman will be reprising his role as Noah Bennett in the 13-episode series from creator Tim Kring. The series will focus on elements of Heroes first season, looking at normal people discovering the fact they have super abilities. Here is the official synopsis:
The saga behind the 2006 breakout series Heroes will continue as creator Tim Kring returns to the fold and develops new layers to his original superhero concept. This highly anticipated 13-episode miniseries will reconnect with the basic elements of the show’s first season where ordinary people were waking up to the fact that they had extraordinary abilities. This series will be preceded by a new digital series that will introduce audiences to the new characters and storylines that will take the Heroes phenomenon to new places.”
Coleman is the first cast member from the original series who has signed up to join the cast of Heroes Reborn. It was revealed that Ali Larter and Hayden Panettiere had not been asked to return to the series, while Milo Ventimiglia has said he doesn’t have any plans to join the series either (b0000).
