HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON was one of those films I wish I’d watched sooner and is very highly recommended. They took a different and original angle into animation which finds a place in-between warm-hearted and exciting, so we’re very eager to see what they’ve come with for HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON 2.
In this first clip, we join Hiccup and Toothless exploring the world and, in this case, naming a vast area of land – which may or may not have been an accidental choice. It’s an understated clip that celebrates their friendship, the art of exploring and the beautiful look and vibe of the series once again. In this highly anticipated sequel, we join the two fives years later and after they’ve united dragons and vikings on Berk Island. As they go off and continue to discover new places, they find a secret ice cave that’s home to hundreds of wild dragons and the mysterious Dragon Rider.
We’ve got a whole host of images and character posters that have been previously released and your clip below to continue the adventures!
HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON 2 opens in the UK on July 4th, in North America from the 13th of June and features the voice talents of Jay Baruchel, Gerard Butler, Craig Ferguson, America Ferrera, Jonah Hill, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, T.J. Miller, and Kristen Wiig.
