The new THE RAID 2 poster manages to cram a lot of characters and a lot of weaponry into one very artistic and exciting image. With one character practically pointing his baseball bat at us, fans are being challenged to join in and watch when the film is released.
After the incredible success of the first film, it’s no surprise that Welsh writer/director Gareth Evans returned to see what happened next after Rama (Iko Uwais) managed to fight his way out of the building controlled by the mob. Set in Indonesia and using the martial art Silat to wow audiences, both films are certainly making their way in action/martial art movie history.
Early reports certainly look promising and with a quote that suggests it is one of the greatest action movies not just of this year but ever it seems that fans can now officially get excited!
THE RAID 2 is slated for cinematic release on 11th April.
