Latest ‘X-Men’ Set Pic Of Beast

Well, to be more specific it’s a picture of Beasts alter-ego Hank McCoy, as played by Nicholas Hoult. As a survivor of Matthew Vaughn’s X-MEN: FIRST CLASS, McCoy is the genius with large feet, and here we see him having shed his famous blue fur. Who knows why this has happened, but you can guess he’s either developed a backwards working serum or maybe there’s been a shift in time. The film sees Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine travel through time to prevent a mutant holocaust at the hands of a bunch of giant robots called Sentinels.

The latest on-set pic tweeted by twitterer extraordinaire Bryan Singer, shows McCoy at the controls of a rather dated looking computer set-up. Beast was played in his adult form by Kelsey Grammer in X-MEN: THE LAST STAND.

X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST is set for release 18th July 2014. It will star James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Patrick Stewart, Hugh Jackman, Halle Berry, Peter Dinklage, Shawn Ashmore, Ellen Page, Daniel Cudmore, Fan Bingbing, Booboo Stewart, Omar Sy, Evan Peters, Lucas Till, and Ian McKellen.
