Mixing the creepiest of bedtime stories with intense horror, here is the first trailer for Australian chiller THE BABADOOK. Set to screen at this year’s Sundance Film Festival, the film sees a supposedly fictional character come into reality with malicious intentions. THE BABADOOK is the feature length debut of director Jennifer Kent, and judging by the trailer it looks to be a very frightening film indeed.
THE BABADOOK is yet to receive release dates other than festival appearances, but we doubt it’ll take long. It stars Essie Davis, Noah Wiseman, Daniel Henshall, and Hayley McElhinney.
