The lucky folk in the United States and the rest of north America have got just one week to wait for Spike Lee’s highly anticipated remake of the superb 2003 Korean movie OLDBOY. The film stars Josh Brolin as Joe Doucette, a man who is abruptly kidnapped and held hostage for 20 years in solitary confinement, for no apparent reason. When he is suddenly released without explanation, he begins an obsessive mission to find out who imprisoned him, only to discover that the real mystery is why he was set free.
Elizabeth Olsen, Sharlto Copley, Samuel L. Jackson, Michael Imperioli, Lance Reddick, James Ransone also star in the film, which opens in the UK on the 6th December.
We have three brand new posters for the remake, which have just been released by Film District ahead of next week’s release Stateside. Check them all out below.
