Casting is beginning to heat up for Universal Pictures’ forthcoming dinofest JURASSIC WORLD. Following swiftly on the news that IRON MAN 3 and INSIDIOUS’ young Ty Simpkins had joined the cast alongside Bryce Dallas Howard (who’s still finalising her deal), we’ve news of an older brother for his character. Star of breakout indie comedy, THE KINGS OF SUMMER, Nick Robinson, will be another attempting escape as prehistoric creatures run amok.
We’ve still not heard anything concrete in terms of plot but director Colin Trevorrow, along with producers Frank Marshall, Pat Crowly and Steven Speilberg, are sure to keep things under wraps until closer to shooting. It’s also being rumoured New Girl‘s Jake Johnson is being lined up for a reunion with his SAFETY NOT GUARANTEED director Trevorrow for the fourth in the franchise.
JURASSIC WORLD is currently set for cinemas 12 June 2015.
