It’s been a while since Paulo Constanzo’s comedy hay day in the naughties, many may remember him as the smart-ass stoner Rubin in ROAD TRIP. After a long spout of TV work the actor is set for the lead role in director Jason James’ upcoming indie THAT BURNING FEELING. The film tells the story of Adam Murphy, a promiscuous real estate agent who’s diagnosed with Gonorrhea and has to revisit a series of one night stands to give his partners the good news.
The journey looks set to encourage Adam to re-examine his image and way of life, no doubt changing him for the better. While the story of ‘the man who changed his ways’ has been arguably at the core of every story ever, this looks to be a cooky and possibly hilarious outing that may once again return Constanzo to comedic fame.
THAT BURNING FEELING also stars HAROLD AND KUMAR’s John Cho now of STAR TREK fame, as well as comedy frequenter Tyler Labine and up and comer Emily Hampshire. It not set for release until next year but you can check out the first three posters and teaser trailer below.
