Comic-Con is heating up. Mostly because of a certain kaiju aiming his atomic breath at the event. GODZILLA is bound to be one of the BIGGEST talents on display this year and Legendary pictures have set up a journey through GODZILLA’s of yesteryear with their very own GODZILLA encounter. Legendary took over a building and recreated Tokyo inside, with lots of hints at previous GODZILLA adventures and those yet to come. The folks over at Collider were lucky enough to get a preview, and you can see dozens more pictures at their site.
GODZILLA is one of the greatest things that has ever existed, alongside Doctor Who, penguins, Pokemon, and mangoes. All this material shows that Legendary are clearly relishing in the Japanese originals, unlike the 1998 disaster movie.
GODZILLA will be released 16th May 2014. It stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Juliette Binoche, Ken Watanabe, Bryan Cranston, Sally Hawkins, Akira Takarada, and David Strathairn.
