If you thought we’d finished with the extensive casting for X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST, then you can think again. An alumni of X-MEN: FIRST CLASS has been confirmed via Bryan Singer’s continuous Twittering. Lucas Till who plays Havok, can be seen kitted out in some army fatigues. I’m very pleased with this development, as it seemed at one point as though Singer was just bringing back his old crew. It will also be interesting to see how Havok is handled in the plot, as in the comics he is the brother of Cyclops, but obviously putting him back in the 1960s for X-MEN: FIRST CLASS throws that off-course a tad.
X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST is set for release 18th July 2014. It will star James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Patrick Stewart, Hugh Jackman, Halle Berry, Peter Dinklage, Anna Paquin, Shawn Ashmore, Ellen Page, Daniel Cudmore, Fan Bingbing, Booboo Stewart, Omar Sy, Evan Peters, Lucas Till, and Ian McKellen.

Luke likes many things, films and penguins being among them. He's loved films since the age of 9, when STARGATE and BATMAN FOREVER changed the landscape of modern cinema as we know it. His love of film extends to all aspects of his life, with trips abroad being planned around film locations and only buying products featured in Will Smith movies. His favourite films include SEVEN SAMURAI, PASSION OF JOAN OF ARC, IN BRUGES, LONE STAR, GODZILLA, and a thousand others.
