Surprisingly, this summer is not all about superheroes and sci-fi epics. Universal Pictures’ FAST & FURIOUS franchise will see teen chavs around the globe jump into their suped-up vehicles to venture to more fast-paced action exploits involving Dominic Torretto and crew. Justin Lin returns to the helm of what is expected to be his final outing as director. James Wan will to pick up the steering wheel for next years sequel, surely to be titled FAST & FURIOUS 7 or FAST 7.
This latest featurette boasts a whole lot of new footage from the film which picks up the revelation from the fifth outing. This time transporting a lot of the action to Europe. More specifically, London, as Vin Diesel’s antihero teams up with Dwayne Johnson’s Agent Hobbs to bring down a ruthless mercenary, played by Luke Evans.
Paul Walker, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Sung Kang, Gal Gadot, Chris Bridges, Elsa Pataky, and Gina Carano co-star in the film screeching into UK cinemas from the 17th May and the US from the 24th May.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
