Rapace & McAdams Take A Stab With Latest ‘Passion’ Poster

Perhaps more familiar for his epic gangster greats, THE UNTOUCHABLES (1987), SCARFACE (1983) and CARLITO’S WAY (1993), it’s easy to forget director Brian DePalma’s created some terrific noir thrillers with the likes of DRESSED TO KILL (1980), BODY DOUBLE (1984) and BLOW OUT (1981). The latter genre seems to be the inspiration for latest effort, PASSION, which follows a workplace rivalry between the manipulative boss of an advertising agency and her talented protégée. Stunners Noomi Rapace and Rachel McAdams portray the duo whose twisted relationship escalates from stealing credit to public humiliation to murder.

Check out the latest international poster for the film based on French thriller, CRIME D’AMOUR (aka LOVE CRIME), and is still awaiting a release in the UK and the US.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
