From the people who brought you the likes of MARTHA MARCY MAY MARLENE and AFTERSCHOOL, we join Simon (Brady Corbet), a recent college graduate with success on his side. However, after a bad break-up with his long-term lady, he goes to Paris and off around Europe. As he adventures and explores this literal foreign land, Simon falls in love with a young, mysterious prostitute (Mati Diop) and their fateful journey begins…
This one I’m very eager to take a look at, and despite Elizabeth Olsen’s excellent turn in MARTHA MARCY MAY MARLENE, I found the film a little underwhelming compared to the hype, so I’m hoping this one holds a little more promise.
