We hope not to jinx it, but it looks like Worldview will be closing in on a deal to co-finance CHILD 44 alongside Summit.
CHILD 44, which is set to star Tom Hardy and Noomi Rapace, tells the story of a member of the Soviet Police who, after investigating a serial killer, finds himself a target of his own government’s suspicions.
Ridley Scott was originally set to direct the film, but now it looks like he will produce the movie alongside Michael Costigan. Directing duties will go to SAFE HAVEN director Daniel Espinosa.
Espinosa is hoping for filming to start in June. With Hardy and Rapace as the face of the project we definitely have our fingers crossed!
