New Dredd 3D Featurette Shows New Footage!

The origin of 2000AD  anti-hero Judge Dredd is given the once over in this latest featurette. It’s a fascinating piece, especially to those new to the Mega City One’s futuristic law keeper, and also features some previously unseen footage from Pete Travis’ forthcoming violent 3D actioner. We’ve already discussed in many DREDD 3D articles since Comic-Con that early reviews have been extremely positive and bordering on brutal brilliance.We’ll all be able to find out just how good Karl Urban is as Judge, Jury and executioner, when DREDD 3D is released 7th September.

The film co-stars Olivia Thirlby, Domhnall Gleeson, Lena Heady and has a script by 28 DAYS LATER and NEVER LET ME GO screenwriter Alex Garland.
