There was never just one, apparently. Which is very convenient for Universal Pictures as they can keep churning out BOURNE films even when the titular character has left the series. By now you must know that Jeremy Renner has taken the lead role in fourth installment THE BOURNE LEGACY, playing Aaron Cross – another Treadstone agent gone rogue who proves a right pain in the CIA’s arse.

THE BOURNE LEGACY is directed by Tony Gilroy and co-stars Rachel Weisz, Edward Norton, Joan Allen, David Strathairn, and Albert Finney. It arrives in UK cinemas 13th August.
