These new images from porn-star biopic LOVELACE, look to perfectly capture the 70s period when the film DEEP THROAT was making millions on the big-screen. Amanda Seyfried takes the lead role that will document the tragic events of how Linda Lovelace was forced into the adult-movie business by her abusive husband Chuck Traynor (Peter Sarsgaard), and subsequently became one of the most famous faces in America.
The impressive cast assembled for LOVELACE, also consists of Sharon Stone, Juno Temple, Wes Bentley, Hank Azaria, Bobby Cannavale, Chris Noth, Robert Patrick, James Franco, Eric Roberts, Adam Brody, Chloe Sevigny and Sarah Jessica Parker. Rob Epsein and Jeffrey Friedman direct from a script by Merritt Johnson and Andy Bellin, based on Eric Danville’s biography ‘The Complete Linda Lovelace‘.
The film will also explore how Linda Boreman (her real name) went on to become feminist, anti-porn activist Linda Marchiano. INFERNO, another biopic about the late porn icon is also currently shooting with Malin Akerman in the title role.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
