I’ve been looking forward to seeing this, and while I haven’t watched it in its entirety, I’m anxious to squeeze this into my weekend. I had heard earlier that Jamie Benning’s RAIDING THE LOST ARK wasn’t set to hit the web until Monday, but via one of the man’s own tweets pointing to the website Filmumentaries.com the feature length filmumentary is already online in its entirety.
“After 8 months of reading, chatting, trawling, editing and agonising, it’s finally here!” The scrawl underneath the video reads.
The film looks behind the scenes of RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK and compliments his earlier efforts including STAR WARS BEGINS, BUILDING EMPIRE and RETURNING TO JEDI, all of which are fab . The site reports that this time around ‘ Jamie has sourced some of the interviews himself, with contributors from Wolf Kahler (Colonel Dietrich), Brian Muir (legendary sculptor), Mark Mangini (part of the Oscar winning sound team) and most surprisingly Sean Young (talking about her audition for the part of Marion Ravenwood).’
