Variety are reporting that New Line Cinema have pickde up the rights to THE WATCHING HOUR, a new spec script from Shane & Carey Van Dyke, who are the grandsons of the legendary MARY POPPINS actor Dick Van Dyke.
The trade says that the script as being ‘a horror franchise with sci-fi elements.’ Nothing else is known about it. Michael Connolly (HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON) will produce the film along with Mary Parent.
