When movie stars (and directors) make music videos

It seems that the latest trend in Hollywood (again) is for mainstream film actors to appear in music videos for famous bands. Robert Downey Jr and Justin Timberlake have done it for Elton John in the past, as has Christopher Walken for Fatboy Slim and erm, Stephen Dorff for Britney Spears.

Here’s the slightly more cool Aaron Johnson appearing in the video REM’s ‘Uberlin.’ This one is directed by his other half, Sam Taylor-Wood, who directed him in the Beatles drama NOWHERE BOY.

We also have a look at the vid for The Living Sisters’ How Are You Doing, for which I have a huge interest in as it is directed by Michel Gondry. This video is ten times better than THE GREEN HORNET as you can see!

So, check out said videos below.

Awesome.

Aaron Johnson is an off-the-charts-level talent in this video. He and Sam have created magic yet again. BRAVO!!
