John Goodman has joined the cast of the movie adaptation of the novel EXTREMELY LOUD AND INCREDIBLY CLOSE for director Stephen Daldry (BILLY ELIOTT, THE HOURS).
He joins Tom Hanks, Sandra Bullock and Thomas Horn in the flick, produced by Scott Rudin, based on the book by Jonathan Safran Foeler.

Goodman plays a doorman in Oskar’s apartment building, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
