According to Deadline, British actor Tom Hardy is to reteam with his INCEPTION helmer Christopher Nolan for the third film in Warner Brothers BATMAN franchise.
A third film, with Nolan at the helm, has been confirmed and is expected to be going before the cameras next April for a 2012 release.
The site reports that “insiders are keeping the role secret and won’t even say if he’s up for a villain role, but that seems a reasonable assumption.”
