Well, Lindsay Lohan has missed her court appearance today. ICYDK saw her partying in Cannes last night. Apparently someone has stolen her passport. For real.
Lindsay Lohan definitely didn’t look too concerned about her court hearing today, when she was partying the night away in Cannes last night. Here she is leaving a yacht late last night.
Meanwhile in true TMZ.com style, they gave a blow by blow account of the court hearing as it happened in Ms. Lohan’s absence. A warrant has apparently been put out for her arrest…
UPDATE 8:37 AM PT: It’s started! Shawn [Lohan’s lawyer] is addressing the judge, and explained the whole passport debacle.
UPDATE 8:38 AM PT: Judge Marsha Revel is not having it … and just issued a warrant for Lindsay’s arrest!
UPDATE 8:40 AM PT: Judge Revel just laid out stipulations if Lindsay posts bail:
1) LiLo can’t drink any alcohol until she has a formal probation hearing
2) The day LiLo arrives back in Los Angeles, she gets fitted with a SCRAM bracelet — which is an alcohol monitoring device
