The arrival of a Jason Statham movie in our house is always an event, and following the slight drought of releases in 2014, the great news is that he has a few coming out in 2015, starting with WILD CARD from director Simon West. West, of course, directed the second EXPENDABLES movie with Statham, and here the pair reunite for WILD CARD, which is based on the 1985 novel ‘Heat’ by William Goldman, which was filmed the following year with Burt Reynolds.
The story revoles around a recovering gambling addict who finds work providing protection to his friends.
