Following up those in-world viral videos, the first trailer for THE HUNGER GAME: MOCKINGJAY PART 1′ has been released and, my friends, the rebellion begins!
Although it’s only a minute, it could be classed as a teaser, there’s a lot going on as Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) returns to her young followers and she’s willing to led them into taking back their lives from President Snow (Donald Sutherland). It also gives us a brief looking at the late Philip Seymour Hoffman and his role, to help the Mockingjay live!
Francis Lawrence is back directed after CATCHING FIRE, along with that huge cast that also includes Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks, Julianne Moore, Jeffrey Wright, Stanley Tucci, Donald Sutherland, Toby Jones, Sam Claflin and Jena Malone.
THE HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGJAY PART 1 opens in the UK on November 21st, with Part 2 to follow a year later in 2015.
