Will Ferrell’s moustachioed and quotable creation Ron Burgundy returns to our cinema screens next month as his Channel 4 news team assemble and head to New York City in an attempt to revive their fading careers. ANCHORMAN 2: THE LEGEND CONTINUES will see our favourite journalists getting to grips with the 1980s, or more specifically the change in professional multiculturalism and same-sexual acceptance. Joining the aforementioned jazz flute-playing maestro will be the returning Paul Rudd, David Koechner, Steve Carrell and Christina Applegate with Adam McKay also back behind the camera and screenplay duties.
Check out these first two clips and latest television spots. In addition, we’ve also added the latest poster featuring a towering Veronica Corningstone, for those who may have missed it, as well as a promo with Ron struggling with the recent Doctor Who news!
ANCHORMAN 2: THE LEGEND CONTINUES co-stars Kristen Wiig, James Marsden, Dylan Baker, Greg Kinnear, Vince Vaughn, John C. Reilly and Harrison Ford. Can they top the hilarious 2004 cult comedy classic? We’ll find out when the film hits UK cinemas on the 18th December and the US two days later in the 20th December.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
