Walt Disney Studios UK have just released the latest trailer for Pixar’s 3rd sequel, MONSTERS UNIVERSITY. Well, it’s a prequel, but you know what I mean. MONSTERS UNIVERSITY follows the protagonists from the last film during their college days, as it is revealed they weren’t always the best of friends. The latest trailer gives us plenty of sight gags, but for me it’s lacking on the quick and witty charm present in the original. That’s only from this trailer of course, so let’s hope Pixar are holding on to some comedic gold. Before the release of UP, MONSTER’S INC. was my favourite Pixar movie, but I never had an urge to find out how Mike and Sulley became friends, but…
MONSTERS UNIVERSITY is released 21st June is the US and 12th July in the UK. It stars the vocal talents of Billy Crystal, John Goodman, and Steve Buscemi.
