Bored of snoozing, young adult book-to-film adaptations in THE TWILIGHT SAGA (any of them really)? We don’t have much longer to wait before we can brush them under the carpet forever (well, until it’s rebooted/remade). I’ve kinda always looked at the franchise as a disappointing pair of breasts – ‘once you’ve seen one tit (the first film, in this instance), you’ve seen the both of ’em (the rest)’.
Speaking of a pair of disappointing tits, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are back for the final time as production props Edward and Bella and if you’re one of those strange folk who pay to see such drivel, check out this new clip with Stewart attempting to act… human! Seriously, you can’t make this shit up (and now my sides are suffering)!
THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN PART 2 hits cinemas 16th November and is directed by Bill ‘I have directed some decent films I promise’ Condon.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.

As this new movie is going to be so painful for you to watch, you have my permission to skip it- go on to something that works for you, but above all, don’t try and review this movie, as you’ve already decided it is dreck. There are people who will enjoy it, so let them have their guilty pleasure and don’t ruin it for them . Different strokes for different folks, you know.
