The slaughter house will reopen in January and human butcher Leatherface will once again carve up another cannibalistic feast for the Sawyer clan in John Luessenhop’s forthcoming TEXAS CHAINSAW 3D. The film will be a direct sequel to Tobe Hooper’s 1974 controversial gritty masterpiece, with a number of the franchise favourites (Gunnar Hansen, Bill Moseley, Marilyn Burns, John Dugan) cropping up in this latest effort.
Rising stunner Alexandra Daddario and her group of friends will be on the receiving end of another sharp-toothed power tool when she travels to Texas to collect a family inheritance. We’ve had a couple a freakishly awesome poster designs and today we’re able to bring you these new bunch of stills (one including a very familiar abode).
TEXAS CHAINSAW 3D is released in 9th January 2013 and co-stars Dan Yeager, Tania Raymonde, Scott Eastwood, Trey Songz and Elena Sanchez.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
