So, is this Steven Soderbergh’s STRIPTEASE then? With boys? Well probably not, but it is MAGIC MIKE, the film loosely based on Channing Tatum’s life before he made it big in the movies. Tatum also stars alongside Alex Pettyfer, and Matthew McConaughey.

A dramatic comedy set in the world of male strippers, “Magic Mike” is directed by Academy Award(R)-winning director Steven Soderbergh (“Traffic”) and stars Channing Tatum in a story inspired by his real life. The film follows Mike (Tatum) as he takes a young dancer called The Kid (Pettyfer) under his wing and schools him in the fine arts of partying, picking up women, and making easy money.
Not sure about the Rihanna soundtrack. I like the song, but this trailer has a somewhat NEW YEAR’S EVE vibe about it. Which isn’t good…
