The English language remake of French hit The Intouchables has finally been given a title. The film, which stars Bryan Cranston and Kevin Hart, will be called The Upside, and will head to cinemas in March 2018.
The film follows the friendship between Phillip Lacasse (Bryan Cranston), a Park Avenue billionaire left paralysed after a hang-gliding accident, and convicted felon Dell (Kevin Hart), recently released from prison and in need of a job and a fresh start.
The original movie made a huge $400 million plus at the global box-office when it was released back in 2012. The massive haul was made in foreign territories with $166 million comic from its domestic country, France.
The new film is set to take a bow at the 2017 Toronto International Film Festival before heading to cinemas on March 9th, 2018.
More as we get it.
