Warner Bros has cast Holt McCallany and Vincent D’Onofrio for its new Liam Neeson action vehicle RUN ALL NIGHT which commenced filming in new York yesterday.
RUN ALL NIGHT is directed by Jaume Collet-Serra and revolves around an aging hitman (Neeson) who is forced to take on his former boss played by Ed Harris in an attempt to save his estranged son (Joel Kinnaman). Holt McCallany (pictured left) will play a member of Harris’ gang who is charged will killing Neeson’s son according to The Hollywood Reporter, meanwhile there’s no word on who Vincent D’Onofrio (pictured right) will play yet.
McCallany has appeared in VANTAGE POINT (2008), THE LOSERS (2010) and most recently last years GANGSTER SQUAD, whilst D’Onofrio is set to appear in Sylvester Stallone’s upcoming ESCAPE PLAN and is also in final negotiations to play Pele in a biopic of the Brazilian soccer star currently in production.
