MGM has released the full trailer for the upcoming film, Till. Danielle Deadwyler leads the cast of the film, which is directed by Chinonye Chukwu.
Whoopi Goldberg, Jalyn Hall, Frankie Faison, Jayme Lawson, Tosin Cole, Kevin Carroll, Sean Patrick Thomas, John Douglas Thompson, Roger Guenveur Smith, and Haley Bennett are also among the cast of the film, which opens in US cinemas on 14th October, and then the UK in January 2023.
Till about the true story of Mamie Till Mobley’s relentless pursuit of justice for her 14 year old son, Emmett Till, who, in 1955, was lynched while visiting his cousins in Mississippi. In Mamie’s poignant journey of grief turned to action, we see the universal power of a mother’s ability to change the world.
