A little late in posting this, the debut of the trailer for Clerks III, but we’ve been having a little server trouble here on the site all week. Better late than never we can present the promo for the film that’ll receive a stateside debut in September.
Lionsgate will release the film with Fathom Events in the US from 13th September. Brian O’Halloran, Jeff Anderson, Trevor Fehrman, Austin Zajur, Jason Mewes, Rosario Dawson, and Kevin Smith lead the cast of the film, which is written and directed by Smith.
We have a brief logline detailing the story.
Following a massive heart attack, Randal enlists his friends and fellow clerks Dante, Elias, Jay, and Silent Bob to make a movie immortalizing his life at the convenience store that started it all.
The film is the ninth film in Smith’s View Askewniverse which began with Clerks in the early nineties. No news on when the UK will get this one but we’ll obviously keep you posted.
