A very first-look trailer for the upcoming Guy Ritchie-directed and Jason Statham starring Operation Fortune: Ruse De Guerre has been released online courtesy of STX Films. The movie is their second collaboration in as many years following the superb Wrath of Man, which debuts on Prime Video this weekend.
Aubrey Plaza, Josh Hartnett, Cary Elwes, Bugzy Malone, and Hugh Grant are also amongst the cast.
Super spy Orson Fortune (Jason Statham) must track down and stop the sale of a deadly new weapons technology wielded by billionaire arms broker Greg Simmonds (Hugh Grant). Reluctantly teamed with some of the world’s best operatives (Aubrey Plaza, Cary Elwes, Bugzy Malone), Fortune and his crew recruit Hollywood’s biggest movie star Danny Francesco (Josh Hartnett) to help them on their globe-trotting undercover mission to save the world.
The film is set for cinemas sometime next year, and that’s all we know at the moment.
We do have a brand new poster to go with the trailer, though, both of which you can see below.
